Our Traditional Fire Cider Tonic is a infusion of warming fruits, roots, and herbs in raw, organic apple cider vinegar. The ingredients steep in glass jars for a minimum of 4 weeks to extract the essence of each ingredient into the vinegar. After waiting patiently, we strain off the infused vinegar, press and juice the remaining pulp, and add local, raw honey for a hint of sweetness! Â
Enjoy this infusion mixed with olive oil over your favorite salad, added to any dish that needs a bit of acid and heat, or take by the spoonful to get the breathing passages open and circulation moving!
For digestion and immune support, a typical serving size of our micro-batch ciders, is 1/2 Tbsp. This may be taken daily, or as needed. Similar to our Elderberry Syrups, you may increase your intake throughout the day, to naturally support your body in fighting off symptoms of colds or flu.Â
