This spreadable 1 ¼  lb of creamed honey is a labor intensive product that is in high demand. Using wildflower honey, it is heated to a temperature of 150 degrees and then brought down to between 72 & 75 degrees through the use of an ice bath. A tablespoon of other creamed honey, serving as a seed starter, is then introduced and stirred in. Then it is placed in controlled refrigeration of 57 degrees for a week to ten days. Over this period, a crystallization of the product takes place and then it is ready to use. We have a variety of flavors including Original, Anise Peppermint, Cinnamon, Chocolate (from Cacao powder), Ginger, Lemon Coconut, Vanilla Butternut, Orange Almond, Pumpkin Spice, Raspberry Mint and Original.
