Excellent for jams, canning, drying or eating fresh…they are yum, yum GOOD! For a ‘to die for’ tasty treat, make a slit along one side of a fig and put a small slice of goats cheese inside…and then wrap a half slice of partially cooked bacon around it and attach with a tooth pick. Place on a cookie sheet and heat at temperature of 350 degrees for fifteen minutes or until the bacon is crisp. Be prepared for amazing feed back from your family and friends.
