Spruce (Black Wild) is one of Canada’s best kept secrets. It is both sweet and soft with green woody notes. Milder than most evergreen oils with a balsamic, resinous odor. It has a very pleasant scent and smells like an evergreen forest. (Nice Christmas type scent)

It can be used in baths to revive tired muscles. It is frequently used in room sprays, detergents, and in cough and cold preparations. The strength of this essential oil is its ability to energize and target sore muscles, aches and pains, poor circulation and rheumatism.

Blends well with: Pine, Cedarwood, Lavender and Rosemary.

Cautions: non-toxic, non-irritant in dilution. It has the potential to be a possible skin irritant if not diluted.

Avoid use during pregnancy.
