This medium roast coffee comes to us from Chiapas, Mexico. The farms are located in the buffer zone of El Triunfo Bioshpere Reserve. All coffee they produce is shade grown and biological corridors are created in order to facilitate bird and animal migration. You will enjoy a coffee that has nice body with caramel notes and a clean finish. This is a great every morning coffee.
