When we roasted this coffee and brewed it for friends, it was immediately everyone’s favorite. We all kept going back for another cup of this smooth, chocolaty coffee. If you love a cup of coffee with no edginess then this is a great coffee for you.

Origin: Costa Rica

Region: Puntarenas/San Vito

Altitude: 1,200 meters

Growing Conditions: Shade grown, hand picked

Process Method: Washed then sundried on cement patios

Roast: Medium

Cupping Characteristics: Medium bodied, balanced clean cup with milk chocolate and mild citrus
