These sausages come 8 patties/pound, making them the perfect breakfast sausage. They are also great added to your cornbread dressing or other dishes. This is another one of our own recipes containing no sugar (fruit juice sweetened dried cranberries), no MSG, and no nonsense.

These sausages may contain pork fat.

Carrell Farms alpacas are raised on love and respect, not hormones or antibiotics. Great care is given to ensure our alpacas live a specie appropriate life, eat a specie appropriate diet of 100% forage-no grain, and are harvested humanely.
